The intestinal system or colon is made of several sections and is essentially the body`s sewer system. If we fail to keep it clean and running efficiently it will get backed up and clogged just like any other sewer system. When this happens all other bodily functions are affected.
When the body`s system for waste removal is working properly it travels through the intestines using contractions that resemble ocean like waves. When these waves come too fast we experience diarrhea. When the waves come too slow we experience constipation.
Over time if we fail to keep the colon clean, toxins will damage it`s delicate lining allowing for sludge to become stuck and build up over time clogging the body`s plumbing and reducing elimination. This in-turn leads to more toxins and more back up to an ever increasing problem.

This should be brisk enough to elevate breathing, but not so briskly that you are unable to talk. Some resistance training twice a week is also recommended.
We instead have elected to offer practical solutions to get your body working correctly again. One of the most important things you can do for a colon cleanse is to start chewing your food. It should be soft mush before you shallow. As a general guide you should chew 20 or 30 times before swallowing.
I know this will be hard in the beginning, but if you practice in very little time it will become routine and you will no longer need to count how many times you are chewing. You will find you eat less and feel better. That is because the body is meant to start digestion in the mouth.
The more you chew the more saliva you activate. Some studies have indicated that saliva has natural anti-aging components and we know it greatly enhances digestion, absorption of nutrients and elimination. So start chewing your food instead of just inhaling it.
